About Ruth Lewis Cole

My greatest natural talent is to create a picture of what could be for people, a picture that I use to build a profitable business that helps people reach their true potential, using a predictable results oriented process.

I do this through a 5th level coaching program working with people who are already successful  and want to increase their level of satisfaction by adding to their self awareness and authenticity.

I do this through mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs who know what they want but do not know how to get it, leading them through a 100% predictable process to achieve their goals.

My background includes 25 years as Owner and President of Lewis Training and Development focusing primarily on job-fit assessment.  Prior to that I worked for 14 years on staff selection and internal human resource consultation with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship.

My education includes a B.A. from Wheaton College in English Literature, plus multiple continuing education programs in executive excellence, personal, peak performance,  leadership  and entrepreneurial development.

My certifications include being a Certified 5th level Coach in the What’s Your Genius program, a Certified Innermetrix Consultant using http://innermetrix.com/ processes and tools, a SIMA International Associate using the System for Identifying Motivated Abilities Coaching process.
